We need your help!

Volunteer opportunities can vary in time and focus. We are open and grateful for anything you can do.

Parent Event Volunteering Days

Please consider volunteering on days that your student is not scheduled to perform so you can assist the school and see your student's performances.  You may volunteer for events that do not involve your student's studio as well.

STUDIO AMBASSADORS NEEDED

We are still seeking ambassadors for the following studios:
Drama (2)
Dance (1)

What does a Studio Ambassador do?

Studio Ambassadors help support the studio and its teachers in the following ways:

  • Communicate with the studio teacher about any needs for upcoming performances.

  • Coordinate food for students before performances (based on teacher requests). Ambassadors communicate these needs to the PTA.

  • Assist with costumes, hair, and makeup on performance day, if needed.

  • Help direct families to the correct performance space (Auditorium or Black Box Theater).

  • Occasionally assist with in-person ticket sales before a show.

We understand that everyone has busy schedules and may not be able to attend every event — that’s why we ask for three ambassadors per studio to share the responsibilities.

Note: You’re welcome to volunteer for a studio other than your child’s, so you’ll never have to miss your child’s performance!
